RORO’S VAULT RENTAL POLICY

We suggest selecting a delivery date at least two days prior to your event. Try on everything as soon as it arrives. Immediately contact us at help@rororsvault.com if you encounter any problems, and we will attempt to resolve them immediately.

We wish you a wonderful time at your event and encourage you to take many photographs. Tag us with @rorosvault so we can see how it went.

Products Order

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. For the best chance of getting the costume you want, we advise making your reservations at least 4-6 weeks in advance. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard Authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon Authorization being received.

Your Size

Please review the size chart for each item of outfit. Please send an email to help@rorosvault.com if you have any additional queries about fit or sizing.

Purchasing Rentals

Please email us at help@rorosvault.com to negotiate all the specifics and purchase price if you wish to keep the outfit after renting it. You may only be required to pay the difference between the rental price and the purchase price.

Damages/Alterations

You are in charge of maintaining the item after you have hired it. You promise to handle every piece/item you rent with consideration and respect. Any loss, destruction, or irreversible harm to the product that goes beyond normal wear and tear will be your responsibility (small stains, rips, missing beads or buttons, broken zippers or any other minor damages covered by our insurance). We reserve the right to decide if damages go beyond the normal limit for wear and tear.

The rental clothing cannot be altered at home. While using safety pins is permissible, any damages will result in payment of the entire cost of the item. You won’t be charged extra for cleaning or repair in the event of very little wear and tear. However, in accordance with our Rental Agreement, serious damages will result in the renter being charged the full cost of the outfit, and the damaged item will be returned to you to keep (minus shipping charges).

Returns

Please begin by placing EVERYTHING inside the garment bag that originally held the order. There is no need to clean the clothing; we will handle the dry cleaning. Use the poly mailer and pre-paid label we gave you to mail the return package. Please bring it by noon on the day of return. Send your order by 12 PM on the following business day if it is a federal holiday or Sunday.

Your order will be charged a late return fee of $40 per day for each day it is late. If your order is still not returned after 10 days, you will be charged 150% of the total cost of that outfit.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Within 12 hours after getting your outfit, send an email to help@rorosvault.com if you wish to return your order. The order must then be returned in unused condition within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. You will receive a refund in the form of store credit (less shipping costs) after we receive the outfit, which you can then use to book another rental.

If you need to modify your order, please get in touch with us right away at help@rorosvault.com. Then, if the outfit is available for the newly desired days, rental dates may be changed. We can provide a full refund for cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the start of your rental. Any cancellations made between five and fifteen days prior to the start date of your rental will be applied as a shop credit (less shipping costs) for later usage.

Shipping Policy

Depending on your location and the dates of your rental, shipment will take 2–5 business days after you place your order. When the order is prepared to ship, you will receive an additional email with shipping information. To enable you to verify the status of your order, this email will include tracking information. Additional Terms

You hold us harmless and indemnify us for any harm or loss resulting from the repossession as well as any subsequent or additional losses due to alleged warranty breaches.

If we take legal action to enforce our rights under this rental agreement or to recover any money owed to us under this rental agreement, you are responsible for covering any reasonable attorney and other fees, costs, and expenses.

Upon delivery of the terms to you or your representative, you are deemed to have accepted them.
